The theme of Suryacipta Community Information magazine (XVII edition – February 2016) is Customer Focus, which is one of Suryacipta’s core values.
The importance of focusing in the customers’ needs and requirements is well known by many companies in Indonesia nowadays. The nexus of Customer Focus and Customer Satisfaction has also been realized by most service providers. Likewise the causal relationship between Customer Satisfaction and achievable profits (by companies). Therefore, most of Indonesian companies are very much concerned in their achievement to earn Customer Satisfaction. The Customer Satisfaction can be manifested in many ways, one of which is earning awards or recognitions in Customer Satisfaction.
Besides the main theme, this edition presents an interesting article about the Corporate Performance Rating Program (PROPER) in Environment, which is a way the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia try to encourage compliance of companies in environmental management through information instruments. Since joining PROPER (from 2009 until now), PT Suryacipta Swadaya is ranked “BLUE”.
