Make This Ramadhan Truly unforgettable by spending special moment with family or colleagues.
Suryacipta officially launched Suryacipta Centre of Information (SCI) on Wed, 7 Dec’16. This first one-stop service within industrial estate in Indonesia aims to support the Indonesian Government program to improve “Ease of Doing Business”.
Potential and existing investors are now able to use this free of charge service to seek information, services and guidance for all their investment requirements, starting from the company establishment, factory construction and operating their business/investment in Indonesia. Investors can simply visit SCI with their questions and requirements where our qualified personnel shall assist and guide to provide information, connecting the investors to the respective entities and guide the process.
To provide this service, SCI collaborates with the government entities and service providers, hence each requirements shall be assisted by the qualified body.
The collaboration between the SCI services and the KLIK Program (where investors can immediately commence construction whilst permits are simultaneously being processed) further eases the investments for investors. This is another 1 step forward for Indonesia to welcome investors.
SCI is located on the ground floor of the Manor Office Building (Suryacipta City of Industry), operates from Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30).
Suryacipta has the pleasure to host a delegation from BKPM (14 Oct’16), mostly from Taiwan and Japan. During the visit, the delegation was astonished by how well Suryacipta is managed. One of delegation members commented that entering Suryacipta doesn’t feel like entering common industrial estates, rather she felt the warmth of the green ambience of Suryacipta City of Industry.
Lunch was hosted in Batiqa Hotels (one of the facilities in Suryacipta). During the lunch, the delegation had the opportunity to interact with the management of Suryacipta as well as with one of the tenants (PT Atsumitec-Japan), understanding more about investing in Indonesia also the experience of being in Suryacipta.
Big appreciation to BKPM for the cooperation and coordination, thus improving the investment climate in Indonesia.
The 18th edition of Suryacipta Community Information magazine brings up the topic of “Focus on Solution, Not The Problems”. This topic points out how an individual should not dwell in the problems, rather concentrating to solve it by creating solutions. This is deemed as one of many skills that a “manager” must possess.
Besides the main topic, this release also presents interesting articles on Tax Amnesty which currently is a hot topic.
This issue also reports Surya Internusa Fun Run 2016, one of the events in Suryacipta.

Princess Astrid also visited PT Bekaert Indonesia for the inauguration of The “Garuda 5” Expansion and celebrated its 20th anniversary. Bekaert is one of the pioneer tenants in Suryacipta that supplies to automotive companies.
In this occasion, Princess Astrid was accompanied by Vice Governor of West Java (Mr. Deddy Mizwar) and the Ministry of Industry Secretary General (Mr. Syarif Hidayat).
For this economic mission, Princess Astrid brings more than 300 entrepreneurs from 127 companies, with the objective to strengthen economic relationship between Indonesia and Belgium.
The theme of Suryacipta Community Information magazine (XVII edition – February 2016) is Customer Focus, which is one of Suryacipta’s core values.
The importance of focusing in the customers’ needs and requirements is well known by many companies in Indonesia nowadays. The nexus of Customer Focus and Customer Satisfaction has also been realized by most service providers. Likewise the causal relationship between Customer Satisfaction and achievable profits (by companies). Therefore, most of Indonesian companies are very much concerned in their achievement to earn Customer Satisfaction. The Customer Satisfaction can be manifested in many ways, one of which is earning awards or recognitions in Customer Satisfaction.
Besides the main theme, this edition presents an interesting article about the Corporate Performance Rating Program (PROPER) in Environment, which is a way the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia try to encourage compliance of companies in environmental management through information instruments. Since joining PROPER (from 2009 until now), PT Suryacipta Swadaya is ranked “BLUE”.
Monday (22 Feb’16), at the Presidential Palace, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) launched the Ease of Investment with Immediate Construction Program (KLIK) in certain industrial estatesas well as the improvement of investment permit services for infrastructure. KLIK that can be obtained in 14 designated industrial estates in Indonesia which is the third reform by President Jokowi’s administration to attract investments into Indonesia. The KLIK program is a follow up from the two predecessor reforms i.e. the One Stop Services (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu), launched January 2015, as well as “three hours investment licencing” launched January 2016.
What is the ease here? Investors whose investments are within industrial estates, appointed by the government in this KLIK program, can immediately undertake construction of the factory. The company may in parallel apply Building Permit (IMB), environmental permit and other required permits, which should be acquired prior to commercial production. This policy speeds up the initial setup of the company simultaneously eliminating setup complexities.
