Suryacipta Swadaya is planned, developed and managed by PT Suryacipta Swadaya as a full service industrial estate, with all-necessary infrastructure and supporting services. Our 1,400-hectare estate is strategically located in Karawang, 55 kilometers east of Jakarta, with direct access to Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. It's also known as Kota Industri Suryacipta.

We started Phase One (500 hectares) land development in May 1994, and sold the first industrial lot in 1995. In 1997 we have started development of Phase Two (additional 500 hectares gross area). We offer developed industrial land lots, and standard factory buildings (SFBs). By end of 2001 we have sold about 224 hectares of industrial lots and standard factory buildings.
